Vegetables:
Chinese Stirfry
Chinese Mixed Vegetable Stirfry

Ingredients
4-5 leaves cabbage
1-2 peppers (bell, banana, or whatever is available)
¼ onion or 2 spring onions if available
1 carrot
2 tsp Schezuan sauce
1 tsp black bean sauce

Chop vegetables.  Fry in wok with oil until cooked but
still crispy.  Add Schezuan sauce and/ or bean sauce to
taste.  Fry for a few minutes.   

Optional: sprinkle ½ tsp sesame oil at end.  Do not cook.
Mix well and serve with rice and soy sauce.
