Breakfast
Cranberry Orange Scones

Makes 9 scones.

Ingredients:

2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 Tbsp diced candied orange peel
(or 1 Tbsp Seville orange marmalade)
½ oil
½ butter milk
2 tsp light honey
¾ c craisins
1 large egg


Directions:

Mix oil, buttermilk, egg, and honey.  Mix
together.  Add Seville orange marmalade and
whisk.  Gradually sprinkle in dry ingredients
and blend.  Put it buttered muffin tin.  Bake in
preheated oven at 325 F.  Bake 20-25
minutes or until nicely golden brown.
