Breakfast
Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:
2 large eggs
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp mustard
Pinch of salt
Sprinkle of pepper
Sprinkle of paprika (if available)


Directions:  

Boil eggs 10 minutes until well done.  Rinse in cold water
and peal.  Slice each egg in half.  Remove yolks and put
in bowl.  Mash yolks with a fork.  Add mayonnaise until
the texture is creamy.  Add mustard and blend well.  

Add yolk mixture back to egg whites.  Sprinkle with
pepper, salt and paprika (if available).  Serve with oiled
or buttered toast.
