The Gorilla Chef's Vegetables: Indian Cabbage

Indian Cabbage with Mustard Seeds
Ingredients:
4 leaves cabbage
1Tbsp whole mustard seeds
2Tbsp oil
Optional: two dried red chili peppers
Find small pan with lid. Add oil and mustard seeds to pan.
Cover immediately. Hold pan over flame as you hear
mustard seeds pop. Move off flame and listen until popping
has ceased. Put pan back over flame for a few seconds to
check that all the seeds have popped. Remove lid and pour
into frying pan or wok.
Cut cabbage leaves into squares. Cut tomatoes or any
other vegetables desired. Add to pan and fry until cooked
but still crispy. Add salt to taste.
Optional: For a spicier version, fry two red chili peppers in
small pan with oil until blackened. Add peppers and oil to
wok and stir into cabbage.
