Full Meals: Breakfast
Indian Scrambled Egg with Onions
and Peppers

Ingredients:
2-3 eggs
1/2 medium onion (chopped)
1/2 tsp cumin
Sprinkle of paprika
Pinch of salt
Light olive oil for frying
2-3 fresh long green chilli peppers (or half a banana
pepper) chopped
1-2 medium sized tomatoes (chopped)

Directions:  

Beat eggs in a bowl.  Add paprika and salt to egg
mixture.  

Heat and oil steel pan.  Fry onions until crinkly.  In a
pool of oil, add cumin.  Fry in pool of oil separately until
smell changes (indicating it is cooked).  Then mix with
onions and add chopped peppers.  Fry for a few
minutes.  Add eggs.  Stir vigorously with metal spoon.  
When egg is nearly cooked, add chopped tomato.  Fry a
minute or two more.
