Vegetables:
Okra
Fried Okra

Ingredients:
1 lb okra
1 onion

Chop onion into small pieces. Slice okra into
quarter inch or less rings.

Fry onion in oil for a few minutes until onions
begin to turn transparent.  Add okra and keep
stirring.  The okra tends to stick to the pan so
keep removing the caramelization from the
bottom.  Continue frying for 10-15 minutes until
the stickiness is gone (this means the okra is
done).  Add salt to taste.   

It can be served in pita pockets or with any
other kind of bread.
