Vegetables:
Peas with Tomato Sauce
Delicious Peas with Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:
3-4 spring onions (or can use ½ medium onion)
1 clove garlic
½ tsp ground cumin
½ cup tomato sauce (Hunt's tomato puree) or two chopped tomatoes

Chop spring onions or onions.  Fry in olive oil.  Add 1 clove mashed garlic.  Add ½ tsp cumin (fry
in small pool of oil in center of pan and mix with onions).

Add frozen peas and fry for a few minutes on a moderate to high flame.  Add tomatoes or tomato
sauce.  Fry a few minutes more until peas are tender.  

Serve with bread or pasta.

Teriyaki Salmon with Stirfried
Vegetables

Ingredients:

1 lb fresh salmon fillet

Marinade:
Teriyaki: 4 parts
Szechuan Sauce: 1 part  (if available)
Make enough marinade to cover salmon

Vegetables: See Stirfried Vegetables


Directions

Marinade for 1 hour at most.  Glaze hot pan well
with oil.  Fry briefly on top side on a low to moderate
flame, making sure the fish doesn't stick.  Flip over
and fry on bottom side.  Cover pan with lid.  
Frequently check and make sure it doesn't stick.  
Should take about 15-20 minutes, until meat starts
to flake off.

Remaining marinade fry and use as a gravy.

Stirfried vegetables
